Please note that we are allowed to charge credit cards in Czech crowns only. The amount will be converted by using exchange rate of Czech National Bank valid on the date of payment. There will be a maximum 2 % handling charge.

CANCELLATION TERMS

The deadline for sending the form for Tourist programme is July 2, 2007. Later orders will be carried out according to the availability and a potential of Agentura Carolina.
The total amount for the services ordered is required in advance. The reservation can only be confirmed upon the receipt of the payment.
Notification of change or cancellation must be sent in writing without delay to Agentura Carolina.
Any cancellation for Tourist programme received after July 9, 2007 is subject to a cancellation fee of 40%. Any cancellation for Tourist programme received after July 16, 2007 is subject to a cancellation fee of 70%. In case of a cancellation for Tourist programme received later than July 23, 2007 no refund will be made.

By sending this document and my signature I acknowledge that I commit myself to immediate payment and that I have taken note of the cancellation terms.
